Korinia Estate Agency, North Cyprus estate agents, is a family owned business, managed by a father and son partnership of Guray and Gurkan Haksever (known locally as Guy and Kirk) who both appreciate the importance of keeping a good reputation on this small North Cyprus Island. It has taken over 22 years of professional real estate service to build Korinias local reputation for excellence in real estates business and we intend to continue our success far into the future.

In September 1984 Guray took up the humble reigns of the real estates business in Northern Cyprus that was originally based in central Kyrenia (Girne) and was the first to introduce a European style estate agency service in North Cyprus, complete with a full portfolio containing actual pictures of the Northern Cyprus properties for sale!

Long before the introduction of the large modern property developments that are available in Northern Cyprus today, Korinia Estate Agency, North Cyprus estate agents were marketing classic Mediterranean villas, village properties and plots of scenic North Cyprus land in the times where there were no ‘off-plan’ property options available for property buyers to choose from.
