Korinia were the original European styled estate agents in Northern Cyprus, a family owned business, run by husband and wife, Kirk (Gurkan) and Jacqui Haksever.

In September 1984, Kirk's father, Guray Haksever, took up the humble reigns of the original company, which was based in central Kyrenia and was the first to offer properties for sale from a dedicated real estate office with photos of the properties that they were selling (with prices!) to the people of the island and overseas buyers.  A long time before the modern villas and apartments that are available today; Korinia Estate agency were marketing the classic Mediterranean villas and village properties that are still around, as well as plots of scenic land long before the construction boom of 2004.
