Conditions for 2007
Booking:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent charge is payable on booking by bank transfer. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Receipt of payment will be acknowledged by email.
Refundable bond:
A £150 refundable bond against breakages and damage is payable with your balance. This will be returned to you one week after the end of your holiday. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by email.
Insurance:
It is always advisable to take out insurance against cancellation, personal property, accidents or loss.
