At the beginning

Our Property Manager at Korinia, North Cyprus Estate Agents, will meet with you at your property for sale or rent or in the office to discuss your needs and expectations, if you are already back in England this can be done by email or over the telephone. She will assess the market rental of your property or properties in North Cyprus and discuss fully how Korinia Estate Agency can assist you best, giving you peace of mind.

If your North Cyprus property is currently being managed by another management real estate agent and you wish us to take over the property management on your behalf, we will carry out all the necessary work once you have notified your existing estate agent of your intentions.

Property Managing

We can provide either a full property management service or a letting only service of your property or properties in Northern Cyprus. Whichever service you choose, we will endeavour to make the whole process as straightforward and trouble free as possible.

If you select the full property management service, your property will be managed by one of our property management team. They will take care of all maintenance works, rent reviews, tenant management and any other issues relating to your property. They will be in contact with you regularly via email and in the winter after any heavy rain will check your North Cyprus property for water damage and notify you immediately if there is a problem.

Reserve fund

Korinia, North Cyprus Estate Agent, require a reserve fund of £200 with which to pay all outstanding bills and also to deal with any problems that may arise at your property in Northern Cyprus. You will always be notified of any works being carried out at your property and any receipts will be placed on your file for your attention when you come out to Northern Cyprus. If large jobs arise that require works costing more than £100 we will always contact you first to obtain permission before having the works carried out on your North Cyprus Property.
